how far are the shuttles to river?

Scenic Float:  approximately 5 min to the put in.
Fraser Whitewater: approximately 10 min to the put in. 
Beaver Whitewater: approximately 45 min to put in.
Dore Whitewater: approximately 1hr + a short drive up a forest service road to the put in.

is there a place to change?

Yes, there are male and female change tents at the Stellar Descents Base.

are there washrooms?

Yes, there is a modest out house that we maintain and clean daily.
